You've mentioned that you plan to install a 48V electrical system. Since most DC appliances are rated for 12V or 24V, a step-down transformer will be necessary to ensure they function correctly. To design a system tailored to your needs, please confirm the voltage of your appliances.

If your appliances are also 48V, we will still include a 48V to 12V step-down transformer to support your USB circuits.

We design your system with a battery to meet your daily needs, plus a 10% buffer for unexpected usage or delayed recharging. You can adjust this contingency here if needed.

For example, selecting 100% doubles your battery bank so you have enough energy for 2 days without any recharging. Selecting 200% will provide enough energy for 3 days without recharging.

Do you often use more than one AC appliance at the same time?

Using multiple appliances at once can require a larger inverter, so your response will help us give you a more accurate recommendation.

Estimate the amount of solar you can fit in the space available after accounting for vents, fans, or other roof fittings. Choose the maximum amount you can realistically fit, as your system design will be based on this number.

Some customers prefer a specific brand of components for their electrical system, like Victron, which is known for its high quality and advanced features. However, these systems often come with higher costs and more complex wiring diagrams.

If you’re unsure about brands, don’t worry! We’ll design your system and assume you'll use reliable components that are cost-effective and meet your needs. Let us know if you have a preference.

Your design may include multiple components, which can often be combined into a single unit for convenience. For example, instead of installing an inverter and a separate charger, you could use a combined inverter charger.

We will design your system using combined components where possible, unless you specify that you prefer to use separate units.
