Paraguay

Use our Paraguay travel guide to plan your overland adventure through this underrated South American country. Travelling at your own pace is the best way to see Paraguay.

So you want off the beaten track right? Well Paraguay is the place for you. Those on South American road trips and overland adventures generally give Paraguay a wide berth in favour of its neighbours and their big ticket attractions.

That’s a good enough reason for us to visit in our opinion and we’re so pleased we did. Paraguay is delightful! The hardcore journey across the Trans-Chaco Highway is a road trip in itself. The wonderful forest reserve in Mbaracayu is a wildlife haven and nature trails along the Parana River are a bird lovers paradise – and free!

Explore Paraguay with us through our guides and inspire your own Paraguayan travel plans.
