Delivery
- Free Shipping: Some products qualify for free shipping. If your order includes items with free shipping and those without, you’ll only pay shipping for the non-eligible items.
- Paid Shipping:
- Small items (under 2kg): £3.50 + VAT
- Standard items (2kg-25kg): £6.50 + VAT
- Large parcels (25kg-30kg): £11.50 + VAT
- Pallet delivery (for large or delicate items): £55.00 + VAT
- Shipping for the Campervan Electrics Handbook: £4.20
- Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 30 days unless stated otherwise. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service for international delivery.
- Missed Delivery: If no one is home, the courier may leave your package with a neighbour or in a safe place. You’ll be notified of where your package is.
- Responsibility: Once delivered, the product is your responsibility. You officially own it once full payment is received.
Returns
- Contact Us First: Before returning an item, email us at [email protected] to start the process. You’ll need your order ID, and we might ask for more details to confirm the purchase.
- Return Conditions:
- Items must be in original, undamaged packaging and resalable condition.
- Certain items, like batteries, cannot be resold if they are used (e.g., charged), so please check before using.
- We’ll provide specific return instructions and documentation for items with hazardous materials.
- Costs:
- We cover return costs if it’s our fault (e.g., a faulty product).
- If it’s your error, you cover the return costs.
- Refunds: We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned product, minus any applicable restocking fees (10%) and return shipping costs.
Cancellations
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product(s). To cancel, email us at [email protected].
- After Dispatch: If the product has already been dispatched, you may be charged a 10% restocking fee plus any return shipping costs.
- Refunds: We’ll refund the product price using the same payment method, minus any fees and costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Warranty
- Manufacturer Warranty: The product manufacturer provides all warranties. Check the product details for warranty terms. You may need to register your product to activate the warranty.
- Assistance: If your product is faulty within the warranty period, we’ll help facilitate the repair or replacement. However, the manufacturer makes the final decision on warranty claims, not us.
