By purchasing any product from our Website, you agree to:
- Use the Product solely for its intended purpose as specified in the product description, instructions, and any accompanying documentation.
- Refrain from using the Product in any manner that is inconsistent with its intended purpose, as doing so may result in damage to the Product, property, or personal injury.
- Seek professional advice or consultation if you are unsure about the appropriate use of any product.
We disclaim any liability for damages or injuries that result from the misuse or improper use of our products, including but not limited to the use of products for purposes other than those they are intended for. By purchasing from our Website, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read it, as it includes important terms that apply to you.
Save as may be varied by our Privacy Policy, we will, in any case, use the personal information you provide to us to:
- Supply you with the Products you have ordered from us;
- Process your payment for such Products; and
- You agree that we may share your personal information with any company we work with to fulfil your order.
How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us
Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order on each page of the order process.
After you place an order, we will email you to acknowledge receipt of your order.
We will email you to confirm our acceptance of your order and that the Products have been dispatched (Order & Shipping Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Order & Shipping Confirmation.
If we can’t supply a product you’ve ordered, whether it’s out of stock, no longer available, or there’s a pricing error on our site, we’ll let you know by email and won’t process that part of your order. If it’s part of a larger order, we’ll contact you to see if you’d prefer a partial refund or a full refund for the entire order. If you’ve already paid, we’ll refund you the appropriate amount as soon as possible.
Our Right to Vary These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time in the following circumstances:
- Changes in how we accept payment from you;
- Changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, or
- As we consider to be necessary in light of current trading and/or the general business environment, whether locally, nationally or internationally.
Every time you order Products from us, the Terms in force at that time will apply to the Contract between you and us.
Cancellations
Mowgli Adventures Media Ltd will not be held liable for any wrong orders placed on your behalf. We will, however, ensure that if you make a mistake, we are on hand to assist you in rectifying any errors. From the point of fulfilment, we will do our best to make any amendments you require, but we will not be held accountable if this is not resolved at the time of dispatch. Thus, you must adhere to this policy to qualify for a refund and/or exchange.
You have the right to cancel an order during the period set out below in clause 8.3. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order and receive a refund. If you cancel your order, we will try to stop it before the Product is dispatched to you, but please be aware that this may not always be possible. If we are unable to stop your Product from being dispatched, we will let you know. When you have received your order, please follow the returns policy described in Clause 9.
Any cancellation requested after the Product is dispatched will be liable for a restocking fee of 10% of the order value, along with the value of any stock recovery costs.
Your right to cancel an order expires 14 days from the day after the day you receive:
- the Product (if your order is for a single item);
- or the last Product (if your order is for multiple items).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
The Order & Shipping Confirmation also provides details of your right to cancel and an explanation of how to exercise it.
To cancel an order, please email us at [email protected]. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your records.
Returns
For us to accept a return or offer a refund, we must first be contacted by email at [email protected]. Failure to contact us prior to return will result in your right to a refund and/or exchange being withdrawn, as we need to ensure the proper channels have been taken to troubleshoot and rectify such issues and/or faults.
In order for us to accept your return, we need to ensure the items were purchased from us. Your order ID will be required to open a return/refund/exchange request, but we will also need to obtain additional information to ensure the products were purchased from us. This may include, but is not limited to, codes and serial or authentication numbers printed or embossed on some items.
We may also provide you with an authorisation number that must be prominently displayed on the returned package. After you contact us, we will email you all the details that you must adhere to.
Items returned must be in a saleable condition and in the original and undamaged packaging.
Please note that placing a battery on a charger for the first time will mark the negative terminal of the battery, and thus, it will not be in a condition for resale. Please check your batteries before charging them. Regarding chargers/electronics, all original leads and accessories must be present in order to qualify for a return.
Due to the nature of some goods (Hazardous materials – Category 9), we need to ensure the correct means of return/delivery are taken. On this basis, we may instruct a courier to ensure the safe return of the goods, and we will provide you with all the necessary documentation required to make this possible via email/post. This may include but is not limited to, a prepaid return-to-sender label and the correct stickers to apply to the package for the safe transportation of such goods.
Clause 9 applies to all products purchased from Mowgli Adventures Media Ltd. If we are at fault, we will, of course, cover all costs associated with a return. If the return is due to customer error, then we will ask you to cover these costs. We will, however, require you to take your return to a drop-off point. All details regarding this matter will be provided to you via email.
Please promptly return the Products to us not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel or return the order. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired. Unless the Product is faulty or not as described (in this case, see clause 14), you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the Product to us. We will refund the price you paid for the Products in accordance with Clause 8.3 and Clause 9.9.
If you cancel or return your order, we will:
- Refund you the price you paid for the Products, less any postage costs, a restocking fee of 10% of the order value, along with the value of any stock recovery costs. Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products, if this has been caused by your handling of them other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products.
- Any charges for the direct cost of returning the Product to us (e.g. where you have elected to ‘return to sender’), unless the Product is faulty or not as described, we will deduct such direct cost from the refund you would otherwise have been entitled to; and
- Process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of:
- if you have received the Product, the day your Product is returned to us or, if earlier, the day you supply evidence of having sent the Products back; or
- if you have not received the Product, the day you gave us notice of cancellation.
If you cancel the complete order, which includes reimbursement of the Campervan Electrical Design Service Fee, we will also deduct the Service Fee from your refund.
If you cancel part of an order that has entitled you to a reimbursement of the Campervan Electrical Design Service Fee, we will also deduct the Fee from your refund.
We will refund you using the same method you initially used to pay for your purchase.
Improper Returns
If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that Product:
- We will not refund the purchase price or exchange the Product;
- We may retain the returned Product until you pay us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned Product and
- If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a payment request, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned Product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

We will use reasonable endeavours to fulfil your order by the estimated delivery date set out in the Order & Shipping Confirmation, which will be within 30 days after the date of the Order & Shipping Confirmation unless the Products are pre-order Products, in which case we will agree the relevant date with you. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date (where there is an Event Outside Our Control, for example), we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to your address. Mowgli Adventures Media Ltd shall not be liable for delays or other disadvantages to the Customer which result from an incorrect address being supplied at the time of order.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will either leave you a note that the Products are being held securely by our carrier, in which case please contact our carrier in the manner provided on the undelivered note to rearrange delivery, or the Products may be left by our carrier with a neighbour or elsewhere in a discreet and secure place, which will be notified to you at the time of delivery.
If we cannot deliver the whole of your order at one time due to operational reasons or shortage of stock, we will deliver the order in instalments. We will not charge you extra delivery costs for this. However, if you ask us to deliver your order in instalments, we may charge you extra for delivery costs. Each instalment shall constitute a separate contract governed by these Terms. If we are late in delivering an instalment or one instalment is faulty, you cannot cancel any other instalment.
The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
You will own the Products only once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges, for the full order you made.
International delivery
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer European or international delivery.
Price of Products & Delivery Charges
The prices of the Products on our site will change from time to time, subject to cost increases. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of the Products are correct at the time the relevant information was entered into the site. However, if we discover an error in the price of the Product(s) you ordered, please see clause 12.4 for what happens in this event.
Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order that we have confirmed with an Order and shipping Confirmation.
The price of a Product includes VAT.
It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that if the Product’s correct price is less than the price stated on our site, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. However, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as mispricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
Mowgli Adventures Media Ltd will not apply any discounts to your order once we receive payment.
How to Pay
You can only pay for Products using a debit or credit card. We accept the following payment methods:
- VISA debit & credit card,
- MasterCard debit & credit card,
- American Express,
- GPay,
- Apple Pay.
Payment for the Products is at the point of order.
Damaged or Defective Products
We are legally obliged to supply Products that conform with this Contract. If the Products delivered to you are not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery, your legal rights include entitlement to the following:
- Within 30 days of delivery: you can get a refund.
- After 30 days: you may be entitled to a repair or replacement or, if that doesn’t work, a proportion of your money back.
You will be required to pay for return postage to return the faulty item. If it is deemed that your Product is faulty, we will reimburse you for this postage cost. If the Product is deemed to be in working order, you will be required to pay for return postage to return the item to yourself.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us under this condition. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question as above.
Your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office provides advice about your legal rights.
Warranties
All warranties are those defined and offered by the manufacturer of the purchased Product. The scope, duration, and terms of any applicable warranties are determined solely by the Product manufacturer.
For detailed information about the manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the warranty information provided with the Product or contact the manufacturer directly. We endeavour to provide information on the manufacturer’s warranty for each Product on our Website, but this information is provided as a courtesy and may not be up-to-date or complete. Customers are encouraged to verify warranty information with the manufacturer.
Some Products may require you to register your guarantee. If you have yet to do this when required, your warranty may not be valid.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any product or from the inability to use any product. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
Should your Product prove defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will provide reasonable assistance in facilitating the repair or replacement of your Product via the manufacturer. However, we hold no responsibility for the outcome of warranty claims, as decisions regarding warranty claims rest solely with the manufacturer.
Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of our obligations under a Contract caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control is defined below in clause 16.2.
An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you, and our obligations will be suspended, and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
Communications Between Us
When we refer to “in writing” in these Terms, this will include email.
If you wish to contact us in writing or if any clause in these Terms requires you to give us notice in writing, you can send this to us by email. We will confirm receipt of this by email. If you are a consumer exercising your right to cancel under clause 8, please see that clause for how to tell us this.
If we have to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do so by email.
Campervan Electrical Design Service Fee
A refundable service fee is required to cover the time necessary to provide your Campervan Electrical Design. If you subsequently purchase the recommended Full System Kit produced as part of that Design Service, we will deduct the service fee when you place that order.
The Campervan Electrical Design Service Fee will be refunded only if you proceed with an order for the recommended Full System Kit.
The Campervan Electrical Design Service Fee provides continued technical support and system design expertise. While we are committed to providing comprehensive support, this deposit does not allow unlimited design time. For detailed information, please refer to Clause 20, “Fair Usage of Technical Support”, which outlines our policy on support time limits.
Should the Design Service exceed our fair usage limit as detailed in Clause 20, additional time may be provided at our discretion and may incur extra charges at a rate of £75 per hour.
By purchasing the Campervan Electrical Design Service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Fair Usage of Technical Support
Our fair usage policy for technical after-sales support is designed to ensure that all of our customers receive a reasonable level of assistance from our team while also allowing us to manage our resources effectively. We provide up to 2 hours of support to customers who have purchased our Full System Kits, which is a fair and adequate amount of time to provide any required guidance and assistance with installation and operation. On average, our customers require up to 30 minutes of support to get their system fully installed and working.
Please note that time spent resolving issues that are the fault of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or caused by the guidance provided by Mowgli Adventures Media Ltd will not count towards this 2-hour limit. This ensures you are not penalised for issues beyond your control.
While the 2-hour limit is not a definitive cut-off, it represents a point at which we may need to curb the level of support we can provide. If you require additional support beyond the 2-hour limit, we can provide it at our discretion, subject to our support team’s availability and the issue’s complexity. However, please note that we reserve the right to charge for each additional hour required at the cost of £75 on a consultancy basis.
This policy is fair and necessary to ensure that all of our customers receive the level of support they need while also allowing us to manage our resources effectively. If you have any questions or concerns about our fair usage policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Commercial Use Restriction
Unless we expressly agree, we only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Product for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, business interruption, or business opportunity.
Users are expressly prohibited from using any content, materials, or services obtained from or through this Website, including but not limited to free materials, for any commercial purposes, including selling, licensing, leasing, or in any way exploiting the content for commercial use, without the prior written consent of Mowgli Adventures Media Ltd. Any unauthorised use of the content for commercial purposes is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in legal action.
Other Important Terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms.
You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree in writing. However, if you are a consumer and have purchased a Product as a gift, you may transfer the benefit of our warranty to the recipient without needing our consent.
This Contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act) 1999 or otherwise. However, if you are a consumer, the recipient of your gift of a Product will benefit from our warranty, but you and we will not need their consent to cancel or make any changes to these Terms.
Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, which will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
These Terms are governed by English law. This means a Contract for the purchase of Products through our site, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute between us.
