Sanitizing Your RV Water Tank

Sanitizing the water tank is one of the easiest maintenance tasks you’ll have as an RV owner.

After a long day hiking, sightseeing, or just laying in your RV watching TV, there’s nothing quite as refreshing as a big drink of water.

As it turns out, your RV’s water tank is a breeding ground for all sorts of bacteria, fungi, and other things you don’t want to think about.

That’s why it’s so important to sanitize the tank regularly — you don’t want to leave a bunch of liquid just sitting in there.

How to Sanitize Your RV’s Water Tank In order to have the cleanest water tank in the RV park, you’ll need a chemical that kills everything it touches.
